§ Engaged in a general practice of law during the first four years, followed by practice primarily in the areas of labour, employment, and administrative law.
§ Practice included assisting clients in unionized and non-unionized workplaces by advising them and acting as their mediator and advocate before various boards and tribunals. This includes acting on a wide range of labour and employment matters pursuant to the common law, collective agreements, and legislation, including The Trade Union Act, The Human Rights Code, The Labour Standards Act, The Canada Labour Code, The Construction Industry Labour Relations Act, The Occupational Health and Safety Act, The Workers’ Compensation Act, The Employment Insurance Act and The Fire Department Platoon Act.
§ Practice included acting for clients involved in various aspects of professional disciplinary matters pursuant to legislation such as The Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Act, The Licensed Practical Nurses Act, The Medical Laboratory Technologists Act, and The Social Workers Act, including advising disciplinary committees on the conduct of a hearing and the writing of decisions.
§ Involved in the investigation of workplace harassment complaints and the making of reports.
§ Practice involved appearing before the Court of Queen’s Bench on various matters, including judicial review applications, and appearing before the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan.

Appointed pursuant to The Labour Standards Act to hear wage assessment appeals and render written decisions.
