In addition to charging for time spent and disbursements incurred on the file, the following charges apply for arbitration hearings that are canceled or adjourned by the parties:

• With greater than 14 days notice, no cancellation fee.

• Within 14 days of the hearing dates, the cancellation fee is $500.00.

•  Within 7 days of the hearing dates, the cancellation fee is $500.00 for each original day of hearing canceled/adjourned.

Cancellation fees will be waived if parties decide to utilize the arbitrator's time for another matter or the arbitrator is able to mitigate through the booking of another hearing.
